LEGAL NOTICE   REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS   The Oneida Nation hereby gives notice that proposals will be received in the Tribal Transportation Office for the following described project.   PROJECT – Engineering Services Master Agreement. The scope of services consists of various geotechnical engineering, design engineering, environmental, bidding, and construction administration services that will be denoted in project specific task orders under a three (3) year master agreement.
