YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 216 Haddon Avenue, Suite 201, Westmont, New Jersey 08108, telephone (856) 858-7080, an Answer to the Foreclosure Complaint filed in a civil action, in which Carrington Mortgage Services LLC is Plaintiff and John A. Torrao and Mrs. John A. Torrao are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within 35 days after June 12, 2026, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, PO Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625 in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. You are further advised that if you are unable to obtain an attorney, you may communicate with the New Jersey State Bar Association or Lawyer Referral Service of the county of venue and that if you cannot afford an attorney, you may communicate with the Legal Services office of the county of venue. THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a Mortgage dated October 25, 2021 made by John A. Torrao to Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, and covers real estate located at 162 Rodman Drive, Manahawkin, New Jersey 08050in Ocean County in the State of New Jersey, known as located at 162 Rodman Drive, Manahawkin, New Jersey 08050, Block 147.75, Lot 12, as shown on the tax assessment map and tax map duplicate of Stafford. Said mortgage was recorded March 14, 2022 in book 18947, page 1882 in the amount of $622,500.00.
YOU, John A. Torrao and Mrs. John A. Torrao, are hereby named a party defendant herein for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or on the mortgaged premises.
The nature of which and the reason that you and each of you are joined as defendants is set forth with particularity in the Complaint, a copy of which will be furnished you on request, addressed to the attorneys of the plaintiff at the above-mentioned address.
