NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Etna Township Board of Zoning Appeals Etna, Ohio The Etna Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio. The application submitted by Vermeer Heartland, Inc., for the property located at 10077 Tollgate Road SW, Etna, Ohio 43062, within the M-1 Light Manufacturing Zoning District, requests a variance to construct a six-foot chain link fence in the front yard. Section 1005.G of the Etna Township Zoning Resolution prohibits accessory structures within the front yard, except decorative fences.
