The plaintiff has filed a lawsuit against you for the purpose of quieting title to certain lands and premises known as Lot 8, Block 5608 as shown on the current tax assessment map of the Township of Neptune, Monmouth County, New Jersey, as more particularly described in the plaintiff's complaint. A copy of the plaintiff's complaint will be provided to you upon request. If you dispute this complaint, you or your attorney must file a written answer or motion and proof of service with the Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court within 35 days after the date of the publication of this Notice, exclusive of such date of publication.
