By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C06-2310-MF-002213, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, as successor to U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee, for Conseco Finance Home Equity Loan Trust 2001-C, N.A. was plaintiff and Connie L. Richardson aka Connie Lou Richardson was the defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 17 day of July , 20 26 , at the hour of 10am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Monroe County, Indiana:
