Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-9-25 and City Ordinance 15.15 inclusive, you have been identified as having a substantial property interest in one of the below-referenced unsafe premises in one of the below referenced properties. The Building Commission has issued an ORDER. A HEARING REGARDING THE PROPERTIES LISTED BELOW WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE HEARING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF EVANSVILLE, INDIANA AT 1:00 P.M. ON JUNE 25, 2026 IN ROOM 307 OF THE CIVIC CENTER COMPLEX, ONE NW MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. BLVD., EVANSVILLE, INDIANA. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO APPEAR AT THIS HEARING, WITH OR WITHOUT LEGAL COUNSEL, TO PRESENT YOUR CASE TO THE HEARING AUTHORITY.
