NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Middle Smithfield Township, Monroe County, PA, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Middle Smithfield Township building located at 147 Municipal Drive, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302. The purpose of the hearing is to consider testimony and evidence and receive public comment on the Conditional Use Application of CCP Property Owners Association South for the property located at Tee Drive, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301, consisting of Monroe County PIN Nos. 09.86834 and 09.86835. The Applicant, in accordance with Chapter 200, Zoning, Sections 050-020.E, 050-030.B, and 050-030.D of the Middle Smithfield Township Code of Ordinances, filed a Conditional Use Application and is requesting approval to proceed with the construction of an office building for the Country Club of the Poconos Property Owners Associations South on the above-referenced property, which is located within the PRD Zoning District. The Conditional Use Application specifically asks for conditional use approval to proceed with the proposed improvements which include a 3-car parking area and garage. In particular, the Application is asking for conditional use approval under Section 050-020.E relating to the location of parking, Section 050-030.B relating to a reduction in parking, and Section 050-030.D relating to the use of shared parking for the project. Copies of the application and supporting documentation are available at the Township building located at 147 Municipal Drive East Stroudsburg PA, during normal business hours. The Board of Supervisors will consider testimony and evidence at the above-referenced June 25, 2026 public hearing and may take action on the Application at that time.
