PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that an appeal has been filed with the Zoning Hearing Board of Millcreek Township, Erie County, PA by the following: Thomas J. Weiss, for property located at 7072 Schultz Road, seeking a height variance for an Accessory Structure in the CR Conservation Residential District. Joseph Caulfield, for property located at 329 Forest Run Drive, seeking a dimensional variance to exceed the maximum square footage for an In- Law Apartment and a special exception for an In-Law Apartment in the R1 Single Family Residential District. Erie City Mission, for property located at 1553 East Grandview Blvd, seeking a special exception for the Adaptive Reuse of Nonresidential Structures in the R1 Single Family Residential District. Guardian Towers, for property located at 2301 Millfair Road, seeking a setback variance for a Tower-based Wireless Communication Facility (WCF) and a Special Exception for a Tower-based WCF in the C2 Regional Commercial District. A public hearing will be held on said petition on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Millcreek Township Assembly Room, 3608 West 26 Street, at which time and place all persons interested may be heard if they so desire.
