The Heidelberg Township Zoning Hearing Board shall meet at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at the Schaefferstown Volunteer Fire Company Building, 200 N. Locust Street, Schaefferstown, PA 17088, to consider the following application:
Case No. 26-07. Daryl Sensenig, 311 Albright Road, Newmanstown, PA 17073 requests the following relief for the property located at 311 Albright Road, Kleinfeltersville, PA (22-2385343-359359-0000)
1. A variance pursuant to Section 606.A of the Heidelberg Township Zoning Ordinance related to the minimum front yard setback for a residential use within the Agricultural District (A).
2. A variance pursuant to Section 1504.A related to the expansion of a nonconforming structure in a way that increases its nonconformity.

1. A variance pursuant to Section 706.C of the Heidelberg Township Zoning Ordinance related to minimum setback for structures in which livestock are kept shall be no closer than 100 feet to any existing nonfarm property in residential use within the Agricultural Transitional District (AT).
