INVITATION TO BID JACOBUS BOROUGH – WINTER MAINTENANCE 2026-2027 Sealed bids are requested for snow and ice removal and application of anti-skid/de-icing material on Borough-owned streets for a one-year contract beginning October 15, 2026 through October 14, 2027. Sealed bids will be received on behalf of the Jacobus Borough Council, York County, Pennsylvania, at the office of the Solicitor (Saxton & Stump) located at 221 West Philadelphia Street, Suite 600 York, PA 17401 until 2:00 p.m., Monday (prevailing time), June 29, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the office of Saxton & Stump at 2:00 p.m. (prevailing time), same date.
