Burt Street ROW (area adjacent to 70-74 Winter Street)
Marc Resnhick, Trustee of W Lofts Realty Trust, applied to the Planning Board seeking Chapter 12 §12 Street Improvement Review under the requirements of the City of Worcester’s General Revised Ordinances, Chapter 12, §12. Presently on the premises is a partially improved private roadway known as Burt Street located within a BG-3.0 (Business, General) zoning district, the CCOD-C (Commercial Corridors Overlay District, Canal District Subarea), the DSOD (Downtown/Blackstone Canal Sign Overlay District), and the USOD (Union Station Sign Overlay District) overlay districts. The applicant proposes improvements to Burt Street, including installation of a generator, transformer, electrical conduit service, protective bollards, and associated improvements (PB-2026-056).
A public meeting on the application will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 5:30PM in the Levi Lincoln Chamber, 3rd floor of the City Hall, 455 Main Street, Worcester, MA.
