Renfrew St, LLC applied to the Planning Board for a Definitive “Frontage” Subdivision Plan under the requirements of the City of Worcester’s Subdivision Rules & Regulations. Presently on the premises of 1 Renfrew Street is a vacant lot. Presently on the premises of 7 Renfrew Street is a single-family attached dwelling with 3 units. Presently on the premises of 680 Grafton Street is a partially constructed residential building. The properties are located in a BL-1.0 (Business, Limited) zoning district. The applicant seeks to redraw the property lines between the parcels to establish three reconfigured lots (PB-2026-055).
