Said lots are contiguous with a frontage of 60' on 39th Street, with a rectangular depth Northwardly of 120' to a lane and bounded as follows: On the 'North by said lane; on the East by Lot lettered said subdivision and ward; on the South by 39th Street; and on the West by Lot lettered 'It, said subdivision and ward. This conveyance is made subject to all zoning ordinances, easements and restrictions of record affecting said bargained premises. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
