NOTICE OF BID REQUEST Notice is hereby given by the Town of McMillan, Marathon County, WI, to receive sealed bids for the following: Crack filling: as needed within the township – PLEASE BID material by POUNDS – Detailed list provided upon request.Dust inhibitor: Calcium Chloride 38%, approximately 15,000 gallons, more or less - PLEASE BID materials by GALLON – delivered and applied anywhere within the township.Spray patching for damage to chip-sealed roads.Double Chip sealing: The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the surface treatment of approximately 4 town roads. The work includes, but is not limited to, double-course chip sealing on designated roads. The project also involves associated preparatory work. Bidders will be requested to provide pricing for each road individually and for the total package across all roads. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope and shall have a notation on the outside of the envelope stating SEALED BID. Bids will be publicly opened, read, and may be awarded at the June Town Board Meeting on June 29, 2026, at 5 pm at the McMillan Town Hall.
