To the above-named Defendants: Rebecca Prust and Spouse of Rebecca Prust
You are notified there was on April 8, 2026 filed in the Office of the Clerk of the above-named Court a Foreclosure Petition , which prays for foreclosure of a mortgage in favor of the Plaintiff on the property described herein and judgment in rem in the amount of $99,909.58 plus interest at the rate of 5.875% per annum from October 1, 2025, such amount equaling $16.08 per day, the costs of the action including title costs of $235.00, and reasonable attorney fees and that said sums be declared a lien upon the following-described premises from December 12, 2008, located in Polk County, Iowa, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. 1410 and the corresponding undivided percentage interest in the common elements, all as shown in the Declaration of Submission to Horizontal Property Regime for Villas of Grey Hawk Condominiums, recorded in Book 8031, Page 194 in the Office of the Recorder of Polk County, Iowa, as amended and supplemented, being a horizontal property regime pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 499B, Code of Iowa, covering the following described real estate, to wit: Lots 1 through 17 inclusive, Villas of Grey Hawk, an Official Plat, now included in and forming a part of the City of West Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa
that the mortgage on the above-described real estate be foreclosed, that a special execution issue for the sale of as much of the mortgaged premises as is necessary to satisfy the judgment and for other relief as the Court may deem just and equitable.
