Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee's Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on February 10, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Rockland County Courthouse, landing above the vestibule between Courtrooms 1 & 2, 1 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956 on June 30, 2026 at 10:30 a.m., premises known as 23 North Midland Avenue, Nyack, NY 10960. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Nyack, Town of Orangetown, County of Rockland and State of New York, Section 66.29, Block 2 and Lot 52. Approximate amount of judgment is $589,123.47 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index #036026/2024. Cash will not be accepted.
The original sale was scheduled for June 2, 2026 at the same time and location.
