NOTICE OF SUIT
The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned: You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint on Note and for Foreclosure of Mortgage on the following described real estate:
A part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 21 North, Range 9 East, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter and running thence South on the East line thereof, 263.8 feet; thence West parallel with the North line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter 1321.14 feet, more or less, to the West line of said East Half of the Southeast quarter; thence North on said West line 263.8 feet to the Northwest corner of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence East on the North line thereof, 1320.75 feet to the point of beginning, containing 8 acres, more or less. EXCEPT: A part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 21 North, Range 9 East, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter and running thence East on the North line thereof, 330.25 feet; thence running South parallel with the West line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter 263.8 feet; thence running West parallel with the North line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter 330.25 feet to a point in the West line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence running North on said West line 263.8 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.00 acres, more or less. ALSO EXCEPT: A part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 21 North, Range 9 East, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point in the North line of the said East Half of the Southeast Quarter 330.25 feet East of the Northwest corner of the said East Half of the Southeast quarter; thence continuing East on the said North line of the said East Half of the Southeast Quarter 495.25 feet; thence South parallel with the West line of the said East half of the Southeast Quarter 263.8 feet; thence West parallel with the North line of the said East Half of the Southeast Quarter 495.25 feet; thence North parallel with the West line of the said East Half of the Southeast Quarter 263.8 feet to the point of beginning. Estimated to contain 3.00 acres, more or less. ALSO EXCEPT: A part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 21 North, Range 9 East, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point in the North line 247.82 feet West of the Northeast corner of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter and running thence West on said North line 247.43 feet; thence running South parallel with the West line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter 263.8 feet; thence running East parallel with the North line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter 247.82 feet; thence running North parallel with the East line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter 263.8 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.50 acres, more or less.

This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are known to me:

In addition to the above named Defendants being served by this Summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.
You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 28th day of July, 2026 (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
