Summary of Proceedings
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the North Iowa Municipal Electric Cooperative Association was held at the NIMECA office, Humboldt, Iowa, on June 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Some members participated electronically under Iowa Code 21.8. The meeting was called to order by President Brad Honold with the following Directors present: Steve Pick, Spencer*; Joe Montag, West Bend; Brad Willemssen, Milford; Craig Olson, Ex-Officio KOPAEG; Lisa Harris, Graettinger; Brad Honold, Coon Rapids; Chad Cleveland, Laurens; Jeff Carson, Grundy Center*, Tim Duhrkopf, Sumner; John Bilsten, Algona; Mitch Langschwager, Alta.
