YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 216 Haddon Avenue, Suite 201, Westmont, New Jersey 08108, telephone (856) 858-7080, an Answer to the Foreclosure Complaint filed in a civil action, in which Truist Bank is Plaintiff and Albert Moir is defendant, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within 35 days after June 13, 2026, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a Mortgage dated April 27, 2012 made by Jo Ann Wendling to Truist Bank, and covers real estate located at 2230 Berkeley Drive, Vineland, New Jersey 08361-7673in Cumberland County in the State of New Jersey, known as located at 2230 Berkeley Drive, Vineland, New Jersey 08361-7673, Block 6604, Lot 20, as shown on the tax assessment map and tax map duplicate of Vineland. Said mortgage was recorded May 10, 2012 in book 4092, page 3492 in the amount of $84,500.00.
YOU, Albert Moir, are hereby named a party defendant herein for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or on the mortgaged premises.
The nature of which and the reason that you and each of you are joined as defendants is set forth with particularity in the Complaint, a copy of which will be furnished you on request, addressed to the attorneys of the plaintiff at the above-mentioned address.
