EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE
In The Superior Court of the State of Arizona
IN AND FOR THE COUNTY
OF MARICOPA
THE PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM HOMES ASSOCIATION, an Arizona non-profit corporation, Plaintiff(s),
vs.
APRILL HITE, an individual, reputed owner; BLACK CORPORATIONS I-V; RED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES I-V; and WHITE PARTNERSHIPS I-V, Defendant(s).
UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE issued out of and under the seal of Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, on the 21st day of April, 2026, and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above entitled action:
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of January, 2026, the above-named Plaintiff recovered a Judgment in the above-styled Court against the Defendant, Aprill Hite, as follows:
Awarding Plaintiff a monetary judgment in the amount of $8,358.00; Awarding Plaintiff taxable costs against the Defendant in the amount of $872.05; Awarding Plaintiff reasonable attorneys’ fees against the Defendant in the amount of $3,500.00; Awarding Plaintiff post-judgment interest against the Defendant at the statutory rate of 7.75% until the entire Judgment (which totals $12,730.05) is paid in full; Including payments received on or after January 28, 2026, totaling $0.00 credited upon the Judgment, thus leaving a Judgment balance of $12,730.05, plus costs of Sheriff’s Sale, together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff’s lien against the Defendant, on the following described real property, to-wit:
Unit 208, The Preserve Condominium Homes, according to the declaration of condominium recorded in Recording No. 2003-0191838 and according to book 623 of Maps, Page 12, records of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Together with an undivided interest in the common elements as set for in said declaration and on said Plat.
AKA: 1880 East Morten Avenue, #208, Phoenix, Arizona 85020.
NOW, THEREFORE, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 2nd day of July, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. at 301 West Jefferson Street, Room 250-8*, in the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, State of Arizona, I will in obedience to said Execution and Order of Sale, sell all the right, title, claim and interest of the above named debtor, in, of and to the above described property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds only, in lawful money of the United States, and apply the proceeds thereof to the payment and satisfaction of said judgment, together with the interest that may be due thereon and all costs of suit and accruing costs.
