The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property: Wetipquin Road, Quantico, Maryland 21856 located on Tax Map 44, Grid 8, Parcel 102 and assigned Maryland Tax Account Identifier No. 03-006794, sold by the Collector of Taxes for the County of Wicomico and the State of Maryland to the plaintiff in this proceeding:
The property is described in the certificate of sale as: “1 AC N OF WETIPQUIN FERRY RD WETIPQUIN”.
The complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid and.
It is thereupon this 3rd of June, 2026 by the Circuit Court for Wicomico County,
ORDERED: That notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this order in some newspaper having a general circulation in Wicomico County once a week for 3 successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 18th day of August, 2026 and redeem the property known as Wetipquin Road, Quantico, Maryland 21856 located on Tax Map 44, Grid 8, Parcel 102 and assigned Maryland Tax Account Identifier No. 03-006794 and answer the complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property, and vesting in the plaintiff a title, fee and clear of all encumbrances. Failure to answer within the allowed time period may result in judgment by default or the granting of the relief requested by the plaintiff.
