By virtue of the above stated writ, to me directed, issued out of the SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY, CHANCERY DIVISION Docket No. F1131622 will be exposed to sale at public venue on TUESDAY the 7th DAY OF JULY, A.D. 2026 between the hours of 12 o'clock and 5 o'clock (at 2 o'clock) Prevailing Time in the afternoon of said day at the Office of the Sheriff, Toms River, Township of Tom's River, County of Ocean, New Jersey.
This sale was previously scheduled to be sold on SEPTEMBER 12, 2023. Due to the filing of Bankruptcy sale was adjourned indefinitely. Per an order of the Bankruptcy Court sale was rescheduled to be sold JUNE 11, 2024. Due to the filing of Bankruptcy sale was again adjourned indefinitely. Per order of the Bankruptcy Court sale is now being advertised for 4 consecutive weeks in order to inform the public of the rescheduled date of sale.

Surplus Money: If after the sale and satisfaction of the mortgage debt, including costs and expenses, there remains any surplus money, the money will be deposited into the Superior Court Trust Fund and any person claiming the surplus, or any part thereof, may file a motion pursuant to Court Rules 4:64-3 and 4:57-2 stating the nature and extent of that person's claim and asking for an order directing payment of the surplus money. The Sheriff or other person conducting the sale will have information regarding the surplus, if any.
