By virtue of the above stated writ, to me directed, issued out of the SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY, CHANCERY DIVISION Docket No. F01142714 will be exposed to sale at public venue on TUESDAY the 7th DAY OF JULY, A.D. 2026 between the hours of 12 o'clock and 5 o'clock (at 2 o'clock) Prevailing Time in the afternoon of said day at the Office of the Sheriff, Toms River, Township of Tom's River, County of Ocean, New Jersey.
This sale was previously scheduled to be sold on AUGUST 28, 2019. Due to the filing of Bankruptcy sale was adjourned indefinitely. Per an order of the Bankruptcy Court sale was rescheduled to be sold FEBRUARY 8, 2022. Due to the filing of Bankruptcy sale was again adjourned indefinitely.
