Pursuant to judgment of foreclosure and sale entered April 27, 2026, I will sell at public auction in the Lobby of the Westchester County Courthouse, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Blvd., White Plains, NY on July 10, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., prem. k/a 1 Walnut Street, Unit B-2, Rye, NY. Parcel I k/a The Unit known as Unit No. B-2 in Building 1, the City of Rye, County of Westchester and State of NY, and described as Unit No. B-2 in the Declaration establishing a Plan for Condominium Ownership of the land and Ownership of the land and buildings comprising The Rye Wood Gardens Condominium (hereinafter called the “Community”), made by the Grantor under Article 9-B of the NY Real Property Law dated October 25, 1979 and recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Westchester County on October 29, 1979 in Liber 7594 of Conveyances at Page 652, (hereinafter called the “Declaration”), which Unit is also designated as tax Lot No. 26, Block 54 on the Floor Plans of the Building certified by Alfred F. Ash on October 25, 1979 and filed simultaneously with said Declaration in the Office of the County Clerk of Westchester County, as Map No. 20081.Parcel II k/a Premised are shown on a map entitled, “Map of Land Belonging to Robert S. Hayward, being part of the late “James D. Halstead Farm”, situated in the Town of Rye, Westchester County, New York,” filed in the County Clerk’s Office Division of Land Records, formerly Register’s Office of Westchester County, New York on June 22, 1889, as Map No. 190, being parts of Lots Nos. 46, 47, 48 and 49 on said Map. Parcel III k/a Premises are shown and designated as Lot Nos. 40, 41 and 42 on a certain map entitled, “Map of Land belonging to Robert S. Hayward, being part of the late “James D. Halstead Farm” situated in the Town of Rye, Westchester County, New York filed in the County of Clerk’ Office, Division of Land Records, formerly Register’s Office of Westchester County, New York, on June 22, 1889 as Map No. 910.
