TOWN OF YARMOUTH ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
You are hereby notified that the Yarmouth Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the following petitions/appeals on June 25, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Select Board’s Hearing Room.
PETITION 5240: Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod, Inc. Property Location: 1121 Route 28 #B, South Yarmouth, MA. Map & Lot #: 50.108.1; Zoning District: B-2 and VCOD-4. The Applicant seeks a Comprehensive Permit under M.G.L. Chapter 40B §§20-23 and requests waivers from §203.5 (lot size, setbacks, lot width, frontage, shape factor, site coverage); §203.5, Footnote E (shed dimensional requirements); §301.4.9 (parking buffer); §303.4.1.6 (residential construction site sign); §304 (stormwater management); and §412 (affordable housing) to construct six (6) affordable homes, with 100% of the homes restricted for low and moderate-income households.
The meeting will be held at Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA. Remote participation will also be available. Specific information for participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found within the posted agenda on the town’s website at https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/AgendaCenter at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
