BELLINGHAM PLANNING BOARD
The Bellingham Planning Board in accordance with Chapter 240 Section 16 of the Town of Bellingham Zoning Bylaw will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 7:00 pm, in the Arcand Meeting Room, 10 Mechanic Street, Bellingham, MA 02019.
The Applicant ZPB 2020-030 LLC, 1 Mercantile street, Suite 630, Worcester, MA 01608 and Owner Town of Bellingham, 10 Mechanic Street, Bellingham, MA 02019 seeks approval for a Development Plan to allow a 5-megawatt (MW) battery energy storage system (BESS) project located at 26 Pearl Street Bellingham, MA, Assessor's Map 4 Lot 60. The approximately 20.8-acre property is zoned Industrial.
The application and plans are available for review at the Town Clerk's and Land Use Office located at Town Hall, 10 Mechanic Street, during regular Town Hall business hours and under the Planning Board's "Proposed Projects" webpage via the Town of Bellingham's website here: https://wMw.bellinghamma.org/533/Proposed-Proiects
