NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   The public will take notice that the City Council of Kings Mountain has called a public hearing regarding applications for rezoning. The hearing will take place at City Hall, 101 W. Gold Street, Kings Mountain, North Carolina in Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting. Proposed new amendments include: Z-26-7 Rezone parcel 12773 from Suburban Commercial (SC) to Auto-Urban Commercial (AU). Z-26-8 Rezone parcel 13360 from Semi-Urban Residential (SU) to Auto-Urban Commercial (AU). The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
