PUBLIC HEARING Please take notice that the Town of Cramerton Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on June 23, 2026, at 6:00pm at Cramerton Town Hall, 155 N Main Street, Cramerton, NC 28032. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a conditional rezoning (CZ) petition for approximately 27.3 acres, encompassing Gaston County Parcel IDs #314039 and #308776 (no assigned addresses). The request seeks to rezone the parcels to CZ to revise the previously approved non-residential use matrix and allow up to 180,000 square feet of commercial, retail, and/or office uses. Per the adopted Land Use Plan, both parcels are designated as Neighborhood Retail, which supports uses such as small grocery or convenience stores, in-line retail tenants, and small office uses. The public is being notified of this public meeting in accordance with the requirements of the Land Development Code and are invited to attend the public meeting.
