The property affected by this action is described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the County of Anderson, State of South Carolina, containing 0. 79 acres, more or less, and being more [particularly] shown, described and designated as Lot Number (5) Edgewater Estates on a plat prepared by Nu-South Surveying, Inc., Earl B. O'Brien, SCRLS #10755, dated May 31, 2001, and recorded June 1, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Anderson County, South Carolina, in Plat Book 116 at Page 321.
