TO: THE DEFENDANTS HEREIN, NAMES AND ADDRESSES UNKNOWN, INCLUDING ANY THEREOF WHO MAY BE MINORS, IMPRISONED PERSONS, INCOMPETENT PERSONS, UNDER OTHER LEGAL DISABILITY OR IN THE MILITARY SERVICE, IF ANY, WHETHER RESIDENTS OR NON-RESIDENTS OF SOUTH CAROLINA AND TO THE NATURAL, GENERAL, TESTAMENTARY GUARDIAN OR COMMITTEE, OR OTHERWISE, AND TO THE PERSON WITH WHOM THEY MAY RESIDE, IF ANY THERE BE:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an order has been entered in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Anderson County, South Carolina appointing Kelly Woody, Esquire, as attorney for any defendant who may be in the military service of the United States of America, and as Guardian ad Litem Nisi, for any defendants who may be minors, imprisoned persons, incompetent persons or under other legal disability.
YOU WILL FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that unless the said minors or persons under other legal disability, if any, or someone in their behalf or in behalf of any of them, shall within thirty (30) days after service of notice of this order upon them by publication and delivery to Kelly Woody, Esquire pursuant to said order, exclusive of the day of such service, procure to be appointed for them, or either of them, a Guardian ad Litem to represent them for the purposes of this action, the appointment of said Guardian ad Litem Nisi shall be made absolute.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-entitled action has been instituted in this Court for the foreclosure of a Mortgage given by Anatoly Sverdlin to Reverse Mortgage USA, Inc., said Mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Anderson County, South Carolina on December 3, 2012 at 10:03 a.m. in Book 10707 at Page 222. The property affected by this action is described as follows:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the County of Anderson, State of South Carolina, containing 0. 79 acres, more or less, and being more [particularly] shown, described and designated as Lot Number (5) Edgewater Estates on a plat prepared by Nu-South Surveying, Inc., Earl B. O'Brien, SCRLS #10755, dated May 31, 2001, and recorded June 1, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Anderson County, South Carolina, in Plat Book 116 at Page 321. The metes and bounds, courses and distance as upon said plat appear being incorporated herein by reference thereto.
Derivation: This being the same property conveyed unto Sverdlin Anatoly and Alla Bershadskaya, as JTWROS by deed of Alla Bershadkaya dated March 8, 2007 and recorded March 13, 2007 in [the Office] of the [Register of Deeds] for Anderson County in Book 7900 at page 64.
The said Alla Bershadskaya having since departed this life on or about July 27, 2008, vesting absolute title unto Sverdlin Anatoly. Also see deed [from Sverdlin Anatoly to Anatoly Sverdlin recorded December 3, 2012 in Book 10707 at Page 219].
