NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the Hamilton Township Board of Supervisors at the Township Office, located at 1270 Crottlestown Road, Chambersburg, PA until 4:00 PM on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 for the following road project: Paving Etter Road, Chambersburg, PA. Etter Road (T-456) from bridge to Tallow Hill Road approx. length 7,497 ft. by 20 ft. wide. Provide and place approx. 141 ton of 25mm base course PG64S-22, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESALs in the area of the new culvert compacted to 4 inches for 265 ft. Approx. 1,000 tons of 1 inch 9.5 scratch and leveling course, PG64-22, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESALs. Provide and apply approx. 1,574 tons of Superpave 9.5mm wearing course, 1.5 inch compacted depth 9.5mm overlay PG64-22, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESAL's, SRL, L or better. In place. Seal all joints.  Complete specifications and work location for the project will be furnished with bid forms. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Bituminous price adjustment specifications per PennDOT Pub. 408, Prevailing Wages and E-Verify program will apply. Patricia L.
