Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Kayla Williamson, an unmarried woman and Lin Workman, an unmarried man, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, on July 11, 2019, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama, Instrument Number 3487217, as modified at Instrument Number 3543307; the undersigned Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Etowah County, Alabama, on August 4, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Etowah County, Alabama, to-wit:
