12398696 NOTICE TO UNKNOWN FATHER of BABY “SAFE HAVEN GIRL” COFFEE: The Department of Children’s Services has filed a petition seeking to declare Baby “Safe Haven Girl” Coffee an abandoned child, to terminate your parental rights, and to free this child for adoption. If you fail to contact the Department of Children’s Services or to register on the putative father registry within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication, your failure shall result in your being barred from pursuing any action to establish paternity of this child, shall constitute abandonment of any right to notice of or participation in any judicial proceeding for adoption of this child, and shall eliminate any requirement that you consent to that adoption.
