LOT 864 IN NORTHCLIFFE ANNEX, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF INDIANAPOLIS, THE PLAT OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 16, EXCEPT, HOWEVER, 5 FEET BY PARALLEL LINES OFF THE ENTIRE SOUTH SIDE OF LOT, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF MARION COUNTY, INDIANA.
More commonly known as: 1820 Kessler Blvd East Dr., Indianapolis, IN 46220
