PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   On May 19, 2026, the City Council of the City of Anderson adopted Resolution No. 26-20 a Resolution of Intention to renew Sanitary Sewer Maintenance District 01-9 assessments within a portion of the city limits for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. In accordance with this resolution, a public hearing has been set for 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 1887 Howard Street, Anderson.   The proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2027 assessment shall be $305.27 per benefit unit. Lots 1 through 61, 71, 72, and 76-79 are assessed at one benefit unit each. Lot 62 is assessed at 1.48 benefit units and Lot 73 is assessed as 2.96 benefit units.   The Engineer's Report is available for public inspection during business hours in the Office of the City Clerk, 1887 Howard Street, Anderson.
