BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 15th day of July, 2026 the following property to-wit:

COMMENCE AT THE SW CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 36, T5N-R1E, THENCE BEAR S89 DEGREES 37'01"E FOR 306.90' TO A POINT, THENCE BEAR N00 DEGREES 36'01"W FOR 167.00' TO A POINT, THENCE BEAR S89 DEGREES 37'01"E FOR 219.12' TO A POINT, THENCE BEAR N11 DEGREES 52'12"E FOR 626.78' TO A 1/2" ROD SET, SAID CORNER IS HENCEFORTH REFERRED TO AS THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
THENCE FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING BEAR N83 DEGREES 17'48"W FOR 109.17' TO A 1/2" ROD FOUND, THENCE BEAR N02 DEGREES 39'31"E FOR 129.40' TO A 1/2" ROD SET, THENCE BEAR S83 DEGREES 28'15"E ALONG THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY OF MARY HILL ROAD (APPROXIMATELY 25' FROM CENTER) FOR 130.00' TO A 1 1/2" PIPE FOUND, THENCE LEAVING SAID ROAD BEAR S11 DEGREES 52'12"W FOR 130.00' BACK TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
THE AFOREMENTIONED CLOSED TRAVERSE CONTAINS 0.355 ACRE BEING PART OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 36, T5N-R1E, RAPIDES PARISH, LOUISIANA. IT IS SHOWN ON PLAT OF SURVEY BY STEPHEN BARRETT GREMILLION DATED JUNE 24, 2011, A COPY OF WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITH" APPRAISEMENT
