BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF FIERI FACIAS issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 15th day of July, 2026 the following property to-wit:
A certain piece, parcel or lot of ground, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, rights, ways and privileges thereto belonging on in anywise appertaining, being lying & situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lot Thirty (30) of Chandler Park, a subdivision of part of Aaron Prescott Tract situated in Sections Five (5) and Eight (8), Township Three North, Range One West (T3N, R1W), near Alexandria in Rapides Parish, Louisiana. Said lot has a front of Seventy-Five (75) feet on Navaho Trail and estends back between equal and parallel lines a distance of One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, all is particularly shown by plat of said Subdivision made by Daniel D. Sandefur, Registered Engineer, dated December 3, 1955 and recorded in Plat Book 9, page 106, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
Property bears the municipal address of 5540 Navaho Trail, Alexandria, LA.
