BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 15th day of July, 2026 the following property to-wit:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located theron and all rights, ways, privileges, thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
LOT ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX (156) of CLOVERDALE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NUMBER FOUR (#4), as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 132 and 133, and Plat Book 14, Page 6, of the records of Rapides Parish, LA.

Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITHOUT" APPRAISEMENT
