A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, AND ALL OF THE RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES, SERVITUDES, APPURTENANCES AND ADVANTAGES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING, SITUATED IN THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT, PARISH OF CADDO, STATE OF LOUISIANA, BEING DESIGNATED AS LOT NUMBERS THREE (3) AND FOUR (4) OF BLOCK FIFTY-NINE (59) OF THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT, PARISH OF CADDO.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY ADAIR ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC FROM KIRBY KELLY, A PROFESSIONAL LAW CORPORATION, BY ACT BEFORE LEROY W. ADAMS, NOTARY PUBLIC, DATED JULY 27, 2017, REGISTERED IN INST. NO. 2664640 IN THE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY ADAIR HOLDINGS, LLC FROM ADAIR ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC BY ACT BEFORE ALISHA L. STALVEY, NOTARY PUBLIC, DATED AUGUST 28, 2017, REGISTERED IN INST. NO. 2669362 IN THE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY ADAIR HOLDINGS, LLC FROM ALPHA CAPITAL/US BANK D/B/A ALPHA CAPITAL BY ACT BEFORE BAILEY E. SHUBERT, NOTARY PUBLIC, DATED NOVEMBER 26, 2019, REGISTERED IN INST. NO. 2769207 IN THE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH.
THIS ACT IS FURTHER MADE, EXECUTED AND ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
ENCROACHMENTS, OVERLAPS, BOUNDARY LINE DISPUTES, OR OTHER MATTERS WHICH WOULD BE DISCLOSED BY AN ACCURATE SURVEY AND INSPECTION OF PREMISES.

Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
