Bids   The Blackfeet Manpower Program is accepting sealed bids from qualified and licensed general contractors to provide construction services for the reframing and installation of a metal roof on the Blackfeet Manpower main office building. The project consists of approximately 3500 square feet of framing and installation of a pitched metal roof designed to match the adjoining structure. A detailed scope of work and project specifications may be obtained at the Blackfeet Manpower Administration office during normal business hours.   All contractors submitting bids must • Be properly licensed and insured; • Be registered and in good standing with the Blackfeet Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO), and • Comply with all applicable tribal, federal and state regulations.   Sealed bids must be received no later than 4:00 pm on June 26, 2026.
