Bidder must comply with the City of Appleton's Responsible Bidder Policy. For this project, the Bidder must participate in a Class A Registered Apprenticeship Program to be eligible to submit a bid. Bidder will be required to have Performance Bond/Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract. Cost of Bond shall be included in Bid. No bid shall be received unless accompanied by a bid bond equal to five percent of the bid, payable to the City as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 10 days from the date the lowest responsible bidder's bid is accepted.
