In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 8 and 15, and the Town of Berkley Zoning By-Law, Article 21 Section 4.1.1 the Berkley Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will hold a public hearing on:

At 6:00pm at the Berkley Town Hall 1 North Main Street
Berkley, MA in the Moitoza-Pettey Hearing Room. The purpose of the public hearing is, presented by the following, Owner and /or Applicant:

The Owner and/or Applicant are seeking a variance for a front-yard setback to build a garage to said property 225 Bayview Avenue, Berkley.
Said property is further identified in the Town Assessor’s records as Map 8 Lot 28.
