Tuloso-Midway Independent School District (“TMISD”), is soliciting statements of interest and qualifications from experienced professional architectural firms interested in providing architectural services to TMISD in connection with its 2026 Bond Program. The request for qualifications will be available on or after June 15, 2026. Copies may be obtained electronically at https://www.tmisd.us/purchasing. Copies will also be available by contacting Patrick Hernandez at phernandez@tmisd.us Periodic updates, addenda, and clarifications may be posted on the TMISD website, and interested parties are responsible for monitoring the website accordingly. Final responses must be received by Tuloso-Midway ISD, 9760 La Branch Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78410 Atten. Patrick Hernandez by 2:00 pm CDT on July 10, 2026 to be eligible for consideration. Each firm will be evaluated based on the criteria and process set forth in the request for qualifications. The final selection of a firm(s) to provide architectural services will be made by the TMISD Board of Trustees.
