The Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services, MDRS, is soliciting proposals to lease approximately 10,000 square feet of office space in Jackson MS, available October 1, 2026. Must be located on the City of Jackson Transit System to accommodate MDRS clients and preferably located in the Capitol Complex Improvement District. The initial term of the lease will be 5 years. Space must be accessible to persons with disabilities and meet ADA accessibility standards. The Department will need 35 closed-door offices 125-225 sq. ft.
