The Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services, MDRS, is soliciting proposals to lease approximately 25,000 square feet of office (5,000) and warehouse space (20,000), (15) offices in Pearl, Ridgeland, Brandon, Richland or Flowood MS, available October 1, 2026. The initial term of the lease will be 5 years. Space must be accessible to persons with disabilities and meet ADA accessibility standards. The Department will need 15 closed door offices 175-225 sq. ft. Parking needs to accommodate 20 minimum spaces. Proposal package may be obtained from Eric Davis, P.O.
