NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the Environmental Resources Committee of the Marathon County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, June 30th, at 3:00 p.m., Marathon County Courthouse Assembly Room B-105 500 Forest Street Wausau 54403, at which time the Committee will consider the following:
1. The petition of Tim Vreeland on behalf of Mitch Gumz to amend the General Code of Ordinance for Marathon County Chapter 17 Zoning Code to rezone lands from F-P Farmland Preservation to L-D-R Low Density Residential located in part of the Southwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 13, Township 28 North, Range 2 East, Town of Hull. Area proposed to be rezoned to Low Density Residential is described as Lot 1 of the preliminary CSM. Parent Parcel # 044-2802-132-0997.
2. The petition of Tim Vreeland on behalf of Sandra Tremelling to amend the General Code of ordinance for Marathon County Chapter 17 Zoning to rezone lands from G-A General Agriculture to R-E Rural Estate and R-R Rural Residential, Described as Lot 1 of CSM 19309 and as Document #1865112, Located in the Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 12, Township 26 North, Range 2 East, Town of Spencer. Area proposed to be rezone to Rural Estate is described as Lot 1 and area proposed to be rezoned to Rural Residential is described as Lot 2 of the preliminary CSM Parent Parcel #074-2602-121-0981.
3. The petition of David Falkosky on behalf of Rome Properties LLC to amend the General Code of Ordinances for Marathon County Chapter 17 Zoning Code to rezone lands from F-P Farmland Preservation to G-A General Agriculture, located in the Northwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 13, Township 26 North, Range 3 East, Town of McMillan. Parcel # 056-2603-133-0998.
4. The petition of the City of Marshfield to amend the General Code of Ordinance for Marathon County Chapter 17 Zoning Code to rezone lands from R-E Rural Estate to G-A General Agriculture, described as part of Lot 1 of CSM #5386, Document #905786, located in the Southeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼, and the Southwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 32, Township 26 North, Range 3 East, Town of McMillan. Parcel #056-2603-323-0979.
All interested persons will be provided the opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.
