The City of Wisconsin Rapids will accept electronic bids through the online website Quest vBID for the SISP SIGNAL IMPROVEMENT DESIGN FOR RIVERVIEW EXPRESSWAY & 8TH STREET AND PLOVER ROAD & WASHINGTON STREET until 10:00 a.m.on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026. The electronic bids will be publicly opened on Quest vBID and read aloud at that time at the office of the City Engineer, City Hall, 444 West Grand Avenue, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54495. No paper bids will be accepted.

Installing 2 New TS2 Traffic Signal Cabinets with Battery Backup
6 15-FT Traffic Signal Standards
10 Traffic Signal Face 3S
12 Traffic Signal Face 4S
14 Pedestrian Signal Face 16-Inch
Installing 31 Tunnel Visors
Various Traffic Signal Wiring

Bidder's Proof of Responsibility must be included in the electronic bid proposal. Each electronic bid shall be accompanied by a bond, certified check, bank cashier's check, or bank draft for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, payable to the City of Wisconsin Rapids.
The City of Wisconsin Rapids reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities, and to make awards in such manner as may be deemed proper and in the best interest of the City.
Removal of Bid Items - The City reserves the right to remove any bid item from the contract when it determines the price is overly excessive and not realistic to work to be performed.
