AGRICULTURAL LAND PRESERVATION EASEMENT PETITION   The Board of County Commissioners of Washington County, Maryland will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at the Hour of 9:45 a.m. in the County Commissioners Meeting Room, County Administration Building, 100 W. Wash. St., Hagerstown, Maryland for the purpose of considering petitions for the establishment of Agricultural Preservation Easements pursuant to the provisions of the Agricultural Article Sections 2-215 of the Annotated Code of Maryland . Anyone wishing to speak during the comment portion of the Public Hearing must pre-register using the form found on the County’s website: www.washco-md.net/county-commissioners/bocc-agendas-and-minutes/public-hearing-sign-up-form/ no later than noon on Monday, June 29, 2026. Failing to pre-register accurately may result in a speaker not being permitted to speak. Speakers will be called in the order they pre-registered.
