For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Kenneth A Thompson, unmarried man dated February 24, 2023 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Boone County, Missouri as Book: 5720 Page: 150 and modified by Loan Modification Agreement recorded September 8, 2025 at Book: 6047 Page: 153 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Friday, July 10, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 2:55 PM), at the South Front Door of the Court House, City of Columbia, County of Boone, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Boone County, State of Missouri, to wit:
A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 50 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST, BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI, AS SHOWN AND DESCRIBED BY SURVEY RECORDED IN BOOK 392, PAGE 947, RECORDS OF BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI. TOGETHER WITH A SEWER EASEMENT AS SET FORTH BY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 395, PAGE 313, RECORDS OF BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI.
