This Summons is directed to Defendant Rebecca Robertson, whose whereabouts are unknown. The nature of this lawsuit against you is an action for damages resulting from a dog bite/animal attack that occurred on or about April 6, 2021, at the premises located at 734 S. Ironwood Drive, South Bend, Saint Joseph County, Indiana.
You are notified that you have been sued in the St. Joseph Superior Court, State of Indiana in an action captioned Jeremy Williams v. Nicholas Sandusky and John Robertson and Rebecca Robertson, Cause No. 71D06-2304-CT-000166, by the persons named above as Plaintiff.
The Plaintiff is represented by Douglas E. Sakaguchi of Pfeifer Morgan & Stesiak, 53600 North Ironwood Road, South Bend, Indiana 46635, Telephone (574) 272-2870. The nature of this lawsuit is a claim for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff as a result of the dog bite/animal attack that occurred on or about April 6, 2021, at the premises located at 734 S. Ironwood Drive, South Bend, Saint Joseph County, Indiana.
An answer or other responsive pleading to the Complaint must be filed either by you or
your attorney within thirty (30) days after the third and last notice of this lawsuit is published in this newspaper, and if you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Damages.
If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same occurrence you must assert it in your written answer or response.
