TOWN OF RED RIVER NOTICE TO RESIDENTS   Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Plan Commission Meeting at the RED RIVER TOWN HALL on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 7:00 PM for the following:   Request by Bart & Mary Besaw, on behalf of the Bart & Mary Ellen Besaw Trust, for a Conditional Use Permit (“CUP”) to construct a single-family home on the 20.00-acre parcel of land being Parcel 31 018 34.083 located at N7521 Boucher Road. The CUP is required to allow for the construction of a single-family home under Section 10.0305 D. in an A-1.   Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board may be present at this meeting to gather information about a subject in which they may have decision-making responsibilities.
